anticipada de la resoluci\u00f3n de modificaciones a las reglas generales de comercio exterior para 2018, a trav\u00e9s de la cual se adiciona un p\u00e1rrafo a la regla 3.1.37., de las RGMCE publicada de igual forma mediante versi\u00f3n anticipada en fecha 30 de enero de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con lo anterior se prev\u00e9 una nueva pr\u00f3rroga al <strong><u>01 de mayo del 2018,<\/u><\/strong> a partir de la cual se\u00a0considerar\u00e1 cometida\u00a0la infracci\u00f3n establecida en la fracci\u00f3n III del art\u00edculo 184 de la Ley Aduanera, cuando se\u00a0omita\u00a0en el pedimento\u00a0la declaraci\u00f3n\u00a0del identificador\u00a0\u201cPO\u201d\u00a0a nivel partida considerando sus 3 complementos.<\/p>\n<p>Se anexa publicaci\u00f3n en link
